Denise Mitchell, an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach, discovered her passion for fitness while working at a gym in Alabama. She’s committed to helping people of all fitness levels reach their goals and transform their health. Now in Kentucky, Denise continues her fitness journey through running and racing, while crafting personalized programs that make fitness fun and accessible. She’s passionate about healthy aging and living each day with purpose.
