Endurance and Resistance Training helps you improve your cardiovascular health, physical appearance, and overall strength and power. Our classes are all led by certified Op Fitness trainers and focus on establishing foundational movement patterns that will improve your performance in everyday life. These classes are great for beginners as well as intermediate fitness levels to establish a strong base to progress forward. For advanced individuals, these classes have become a favorite supplementary workout to complement other training sessions throughout the week.

What: Men's only fitness class, cross functional, total body workout
Who: Men of any age, for Beginner to Intermediate fitness levels
When: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6am; beginning February 2nd
Where: Executive Fitness Club
Lunch crunch
What: Full body strength and conditioning
Who: Business professionals primary, though open to all EFC members
When: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 11:00am; beginning February 1st

Why: Networking and accountability for busy professionals
ladies only strength
What: Group class focusing on progressive strength training, utilizing an appropriate split based on overall class experience with strength training and goals
Who: Female EFC Members
When: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:00pm; beginning February 2nd
Where: Executive Fitness Club, aerobics room, and war room
Why: Empower women to employ strength training in regular fitness routine moving forward
